What we do
Property
Ownership and management of residential rental property. Periit acquires, holds and operates rental housing. Leasing, maintenance and capital planning are handled directly, with the long view of an owner who intends to keep the building.
Works
Renovation and construction, planned, procured and coordinated. Scopes are written before they are priced. Materials are specified and purchased on Periit's own trade accounts. Work is carried out by qualified trade partners and checked against the drawings.
Counsel
Advisory for owners, buyers and builders. Feasibility, scope and budget, contractor selection, construction oversight, and the questions that come up between a set of drawings and a finished building.

Scope before price
Every piece of work is specified in writing before it is quoted, bought or started.
Direct procurement
Materials are selected by Periit and purchased directly through its own trade accounts.
Documentation quality control
Architectural and engineering documents are reviewed before they are issued, to make sure they are correct, coordinated and free of issues.
